Terms and Conditions – Laola Surf Camp

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay, lesson, or package with Laola Surf Camp (hereafter “Laola”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, available on our website www.laolasurfcamp.com.

These Terms and Conditions are also communicated through our weekly WhatsApp group created for each surf camp, and during our welcome meeting at the start of your stay. By participating, you acknowledge and accept them in full.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
By booking, you agree to our Cancellation Policy, which states:
- 100% refund will be granted for cancellations made at least one month before the scheduled arrival date.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than one month before the arrival date.
- If lessons are cancelled due to bad weather conditions, they are not refundable.
- If you miss lessons due to flight delays, travel disruptions, or any issues not directly caused by Laola Surf Camp, these are not refundable.

3. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. We will never use your data without your consent.

4. Assumption of Risk in Surfing and Activities

You acknowledge that surfing, yoga, skateboarding, trekking, and all related activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, equipment damage, and environmental hazards.
By booking and participating, you voluntarily accept all risks involved.

5. Insurance Requirement

Guests are fully responsible for obtaining their own travel, medical, accident, and liability insurance that covers surfing, sports, and all activities included in their package.
Laola is not responsible for any costs related to injury, illness, travel disruption, or accidents.

6. Liability Waiver

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree that Laola Surf Camp, its staff, partners, and instructors cannot be held liable for injuries, damages, losses, or claims that may occur during your participation.
You also agree not to initiate any legal action, lawsuit, or claim against Laola for accidents, injuries, or issues arising from participation in surf camp activities.
Refunds or compensation will not be granted in cases of injury, illness, missed sessions, or unforeseen personal circumstances.

7. Rules and Conduct

Guests must respect the camp’s rules, staff, fellow guests, and local communities.
Dangerous, disrespectful, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

8. Force Majeure

Laola Surf Camp is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations, government regulations, or global health emergencies.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Spain and El Salvador, depending on the camp location.
