Terms & Conditions: LAOLA Surf Camp IMPORTANT: By completing your booking, making a partial or full payment, or receiving a booking confirmation, you (the Guest) explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accept the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and LAOLA Surf Camp. 1. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Prior to Arrival) If you need to change your travel dates, we offer a flexible rescheduling policy. Provided you notify us via email at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you may rebook your stay at no additional cost. Your credit will remain valid indefinitely, with no time limitations for your future booking. 2. Early Departure Policy (During your Stay) Once you have checked into the camp, the full booking is considered consumed. No refunds will be issued for early departures, regardless of the reason (voluntary departure, personal reasons, or change of travel plans). This policy applies whether the departure occurs on the first day or the last day of the scheduled stay. By checking in, you acknowledge that the spot has been reserved exclusively for you, incurring non-recoverable operational costs for the company. 3. Voucher Validity & Extension Policy Standard Vouchers: All vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Extensions: Extensions may be granted at LAOLA’s discretion and must be confirmed in writing via email. Unless otherwise specified, an extension is valid for one additional year. Refunds on Extensions: Once a voucher has been extended beyond its original one-year validity, it becomes strictly non-refundable. 4. Injury or Accident Policy The safety of our guests is our priority. If an accident occurs during your stay that prevents you from participating in scheduled surf activities: We will not issue a cash refund. Instead, we will issue a Service Credit (Voucher) for the value of the unused activities. This voucher can be redeemed during your next visit so you can enjoy those activities at no extra cost. BY PROCEEDING WITH THIS BOOKING, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS STATED ABOVE.
