SURF TEACHING METHOF
The fundamentals of our method to teaching, knowing the guest we will adapt the kind of training we can do to reach the excepted result. There is no one way to reach your goals we will evaluate your physical state, your skills level and your motivation. From that point we can establish a plan.
DIFFERENT SURF LEVEL
Novice
LEVEL 1
You never surfed before or just a few times, you need to learn the theory basics, rules of security and get confortable with the waves. On this we will teach how to stand on a board, how to ride a white water wave (that's the fun part !)but also how to fall and to protect yourself from your board and from others surfers.
Intermediate
Level 2
Intermediate it's for those who already are totally confortable in white water and are ready to catch their first green wave. This level include a theory part about how to behave in the water how to read a forecast, choose your first board..
Advanced
Level 3
You already have some experience in surfing, ride your a shortboard or a longboard use the face of the wave and finish the wave in average surf conditions. Then you ready for level 3. We use video analysis as the main tool to help you improve your surfing. Also on this level we try to surf different conditions and different spots.
